Primary Schools Cross-Country Relays

The first running of the St Abbans AC Primary Schools Cross Country Relays took place on Friday last, the 19th September in Killeshin. The event was attended by 11 schools with a massive 200 students taking part. A huge thank you to all the schools who attended, to the volunteers and teachers who helped with the smooth running of this event. Also to Ian McDonald for the use of his land, and a special thank you to our event sponsors - Apache Pizza Carlow, Thomas M. Byrne & Son, Cahill Crafts Ltd., Ann Marie Lawler Barbering, Tara Sheehan Barbering, Craig Coffey Fitness, and Laois Sports Partnership. The club Cross Country will kick off on Sunday next 28th September with St Abbans AC hosting Day 1 of the Laois Cross Country in Killeshin.

St Abbans AC Development Draw

The St Abbans AC Development draw tickets are currently on sale at the track and from any member of the Club Committee. Tickets cost €30 for 3 draws with a massive €6500 in prize money. The first draw will take place on October 3rd at the clubhouse.
